Please can you communicate the following to your players.

Qualification for our county finals is fast approaching, with the last 2 games of the season, Qualification will be as follows, the top 2 from each group, then the next best 3rd placed teams x 4 so in total 20 teams per section.

Prize funds for the team event is as follows

OPEN B TEAM= WINNERS £2000===RUNNERS UP==£1000==SEMI-FINAL £400 X 2

The singles is an estimated pot, as we all know money in money out. It will all depend on numbers who enter the singles event, we will know more when all entries have been sub-mitted.

Its important for all county managers and captains to ensure the correct players are in the team they have represented the most throughout the season, last season it cost a few teams there place at county finals. Please double check any confusion, then please contact Lee Rossiter or Barry Finnan who will help and advise.


I sent a email out sometime ago asking Counties thoughts on the proposed team raise from 9 to 11 per team in the men's, and as usual county managers do not respond, we have received 17 emails from county managers on this subject from 44 Counties, we raised this at the last AGM, and still we do not get feedback we need.

So for next season we will stay the same and have a further conversation at the next AGM. (discussion at our AGM)

We still have captains putting players in the APP on match days when they are not in the building, all have been dealt with, but please only place a player on the APP when they are there, severe sanctions are place if not adhered too.
