county final refunds
Hi To all the county managers
Please can you pass onto our members regarding refunds for county finals.
The treasurer will need one bank account details from each county ideally the county manager, This is so the treasurer can make payment into that account and then the county manager can start to pay back the monies to our members.
Please bear in mind when setting up a new account, no payment can be made until the next day, also please bear in mind we can only issue so much out of the account each day, so please be bear with us.
Transfers are limited daily and to pay everyone back it could possibly take 3/5 days. We will get the money back to you asap, we have requested funds back from Pontins and they have acknowledged the request so waiting on them to return funds back into our account.
