To all county managers and members Rule 35 has been removed and rule 6 updated ref Gary Jackman Rule 41 under review/voted result of that vote was 29-12 in favour of changing the wording for rule 41. Rule 42 equals 41 revised. This ruling was rushed in at a very chaotic AGM at the very end, and one person was very vocal above every one else. it is only right every county gets to vote on such a drastic stance on not attending the AGM. -3 points for every team within the county and a £250 fine has really not been thought through, yes there should be sanctions for persistent offenders, but really should every team in the county lose points because one person does not attend. It really is very difficult at times to please everyone. we are not trying to over rule the ruling as the EC but getting your authorisation to make the common sense change. as above shows 29-12. 2020 AGM will be 22nd March start time 12 at Towers. Proposals need to be submitted one Month prior to AGM so we can communicate to all county managers. proposals to be submitted by February 20th 2020. The new season 2020/21 will start on 5th April. Registration for county season 2020 deadline 31st January. Player registration and payment must be received before the season starts deadline 1st April 2020. Paul Thomson EBPF Chairman
